Founding geography
The default launch is planned for the United States. Orders will not be forwarded to unsupported markets or fulfilled where product, tax, payment or shipping operations are not approved.
Shipping & Returns
Operational clarity before the first release.
Version 1.0 describes the planned service framework. Final carriers, timing, costs, temperature controls, return eligibility and product-specific rules must be approved before allocation acceptance.
Quarterly release timing
Members will receive a four-release calendar before acceptance. Exact dispatch windows and tracking communications will be shown in the approved member account.
Address responsibility
Members must maintain an accurate deliverable address in the portal before each release cutoff. Address changes after dispatch may not be recoverable.
Delivery issues
Damaged, missing or materially incorrect shipments should be reported promptly through member support with order and package details. Do not submit medical information.
Returns
Because ingestible, topical and limited-allocation products may have safety, tamper and quality constraints, final return eligibility may differ by product. The final policy will state what can be returned, replaced or credited.
Cancellations
Cancellation does not automatically release a member from an accepted annual commitment. Final terms will explain cooling-off rights, market-specific rights, failed payment and future standing.
Product safety
Do not use damaged, opened, expired or compromised products. Follow the final label, directions, storage conditions and safety information.
Force majeure and supply interruption
Safety, quality, crop, regulatory, manufacturing or logistics events may require delay, substitution only where permitted, credit or other remedy under final terms. DeepSense will communicate status without inventing certainty.
Operations status: replace framework language with final counsel- and operations-approved policy before checkout is connected.
