Biological lead time
Plant material, orchard development and harvest windows impose real capacity limits.
How allocation works
Supply constraints are meaningful only when access mechanics are explicit. The founding pathway separates waitlist interest, queue participation, allocation acceptance and active standing.

Why supply is constrained
Rare citrus material, orchard development, responsible processing, analytical release and finished-product capacity all take time. DeepSense intends to grow access without compromising identity or quality.
Plant material, orchard development and harvest windows impose real capacity limits.
Identity, purity, contaminant controls, stability and documentation precede release.
Existing active members receive renewal priority before uncommitted supply is reopened.
The access pathway
Interest is not entitlement; queue entry is not purchase; selection is not active membership until final terms are accepted and payment is completed.
Captures interest, geography and tier preference.
Opens during an announced allocation window.
Displays live tier availability and final terms.
Completes payment and 12-month commitment.
Unlocks included benefits and renewal priority.
Founding operating rules
The rules discourage stacking, flipping and opportunistic churn while preserving a fair route for future members.
| Rule | Founding policy framework |
|---|---|
| Membership model | One annual allocation delivered in four quarterly releases. |
| Household cap | One active membership tier per household during the constrained founding phase. |
| Billing | Annual prepay or quarterly billing against a 12-month commitment; final amounts shown before acceptance. |
| Upgrades | Enter the appropriate availability queue; no tier stacking. |
| Downgrades | May affect future priority because capacity is reserved by tier. |
| Loss of standing | Cancellation, chronic non-payment, prohibited transfer/resale, misuse or material breach. |
| Sold-out pathway | Interest rolls into the Allocation Reserve List for a future release. |
Reserve is used in two different phrases
The distinction is intentional and appears throughout the site, forms and customer-service language.
The smallest, highest-touch membership cohort. It includes concierge support and the highest renewal priority.

Learn about the Allocation Reserve ListAnnual release rhythm
Continuity becomes meaningful when each release is anticipated, fulfilled and supported across the full year.
Welcome, core protocol orientation, first allocation and the first member briefing.
Second allocation, practice review and a focused healthspan learning chapter.
Third allocation, seasonal guidance and a community or expert experience.
Fourth allocation, annual reflection, standing review and renewal priority for active members.
