Traditional context
Chenpi carries centuries of use; modern claims require modern proof.
Aged citrus peel has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine and East Asian food and herbal culture. That history helps explain the material’s cultural importance, but it does not establish the efficacy of a modern ChronoSense format.
